HPH Trust's interest in the operators of the Portfolio Container Terminals which consists of:

• HIT, COSCO-HIT and ACT
• Yantian and HICT.

All of the River Ports economic benefits attributable to the businesses of:

• Jiangmen International Container Terminals Limited ("Jiangmen Terminal"); and
• Nanhai International Container Terminals Limited ("Nanhai Terminal").

The following providers of ancillary services:

• Asia Port Services Limited ("APS"), which provides container handling services in the harbour, empty container storage, container repair and feeder services between Hong Kong and the PRD;
• HPH E.Commerce Limited ("Hutchison Logistics"), which is a supply chain solutions and logistics service provider that has a multimodal network covering road, rail, sea and air; and
• Shenzhen Hutchison Inland Container Depots Co.,Limited ("SHICD"), which operates the inland container depots and warehouses in Shenzhen, PRC.
